The CAPS program is delivered on an individual basis with experienced consultants or in a workshop setting where you may participate in the program as part of a group.

TILT Workshops

There are four TILT workshops and all are graded to ensure a quality outcome and experience for every participant.

The TILT workshops are graded as follows:

1. Entry Level 3. Established

2. Intermediate 4. Masters

TILT is not for the faint of heart and we make no apologies for that fact. That does not mean you won't have a great time, but it does mean you will grow from the experience.

To ensure that each participant is placed in a workshop with content suitable for them personally, a formal assessment is conducted prior to acceptance of your booking.

The pre-course work is challenging, as is the workshop itself, but it is also a great deal of fun.

The Masters level workshop also provides you with an extraordinary networking opportunity.
