FBG operates a public website and a number of secure web based services.

If you visit an area of FBG’s website which does not require you to log on, FBG’s systems may record the date and time of your visit, the pages visited, visitors IP addresses and any information downloaded. FBG’s systems will not record any personal information that could identify you personally.

When you access our sites, our servers automatically log information about your visits in the normal course of establishing and maintaining web connections. Server logs record statistical information, such as visitors' IP addresses, type of operating systems, time and duration of visits. These statistics are reported in aggregate form and are used to optimize the web experience for visitors.

We employ a technique called data tagging to collect web site traffic information. Data tagging works by embedding tags on the website that transmit relevant data to a centralized data collection facility. The data tags are a small piece of JavaScript code that transmits page-specific information via query string parameters. We do not tie the information gathered by data tagging to our visitors’ personally identifiable information.

If you visit an area of FBG’s website that requires you to have an FBG issued user name and password, FBG’s systems will collect any information entered into forms contained within the secure area.

FBG provides web based services to candidates through our on line testing and assessment centre.

FBG provides web based services to FBG clients through our client services website.

Any testing or trait analysis you may undertake through FBG’s online assessment centre does not identify you personally. A computer generated code allows us to link your results to you, and the only information that is retained on the system post your assessment is your age and gender. This information is aggregated for benchmarking purposes.

If the employment application process does not result in employment, FBG may keep your resume and the application on file for future reference, unless the applicant requests it to be removed.
